"PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE" - INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196 DATED 30.06.2003
Under Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003, it is NOTED that the firm KUNTER - TOP FOR JOB SRL will process personal data of customers and suppliers and of those who communicate them voluntarily (by phone, via fax, via e-mail or through registration on our website) to the firm, as well as of those subjects whose personal data have been collected by third parties, for example during external data collections for commercial purposes, public lists, etc.. In the latter case it concerns exclusively personal data of general nature.
Our firm guarantees that the personal data will be processed legally and fairly by respecting the subject's fundamental rights, freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and right to personal data protection.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING:
To meet legal obligations, regulations, communitarian norms as well as civil and fiscal norms, to meet all contractual obligations agreed with the subject, to fulfil activities related to economic purposes of our firm such as the filling in of customer masters and internal statistics concerning invoicing and bookkeeping of customers and suppliers, to pursue commercial purposes such as mailing commercial information and advertisements (by post, fax or e-mail), promoting marketing activities and market surveys, to grant the protection of credits and the management of debts and to grant insurance purposes, above all insurances and credits.
COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE:
In compliance with the above mentioned purposes, and if deemed necessary, the personal data will be communicated to:
the public administration and public authorities, if required by law, to the banks with whom our firm cooperates for the management of credits/debts and for financial brokerage, to all natural and/or juridical persons, public and/or private bodies (law firms, administrative and fiscal consulting offices, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce, etc.), when the giving of these data is necessary or functional to the fulfilment of our activity, to suppliers/manufacturers for the registration of the goods.
The personal data processed by our firm will not be revealed to third parties.
PROCESSING CONDITIONS:
The personal data will be processed with or without the use of electronic and automatic tools and will include all operations under Art. 4, paragraph 2, letter a, Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003 necessary for said processing. In any case the processing will be carried out in observance of all precautionary measures to ensure the protection and the confidentiality of the data.
THE SUBJECT'S RIGHTS:
The Personal Data Protection Code guarantees the data subjects the exercise of specific rights as specified by the Art.7. Above all, the subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the confirmation as whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and their communication in intelligible form. Moreover, the subject has the right to obtain information of the source of the data, the purposes and the methods of processing as well as the logic applied, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means, the identification data of the data controller, of the representatives appointed, the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data.
The subject has the right to obtain updating, rectification or integration of the data, as well as erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully; The subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of his/her personal data. Furthermore, the subject has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data without any reason, if carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
